We are pleased to announce that registration for YEX 2012 is now open!
This year, in an effort to improve the online registration process, we are using an event registration system with Constant Contact. To make it easier for groups and individuals, we have created separate forms for each type of registration. Groups only have to give a head count (no individual names) and individuals have a form specifically designed for them.
With the new process, there are a couple of things to keep in mind when registering. The registration will be several steps, as follows:
1. Complete the registration form: For Group registrations, remember to add the appropriate number of "Guests" (Youth you are bringing) which will automatically adjust the total amount due. There is a dropdown list to do this at the bottom of the page.
2. Pay the registration fee: Payments are integrated again this year with the registration process via PayPal. The registration fees are non-refundable but are transferable to other youth, e.g. if one person can't come, another person can take their place without paying another registration fee.
3. Begin collecting the notarized release forms for your youth and adult leaders. These can be downloaded with these links: Youth Camper --- Adult Leaders. You can fax these forms to 941.209.5296 or e-mail to registration@yexusa.com. Be sure to indicate your group by church name on the cover sheet or the form itself.
4. Prepare the Room List for your group. The room list PDF can be downloaded with this link:Room List. Please plan to have the room list submitted by June 29, 2011 so we can assign rooms to your group.
Youth Pastors
The registration process will allow you to register your group under your registration. Just follow the steps above to get started. Make sure to make your initial registration fee payment of $25 per person after you complete the registration form. Your registration is not complete until your payment has been received. The PayPal payment system allows payment by credit card and does not require a PayPal account.
Youth Individual Attendees
If you are attending YEX with your youth group, please do not use the online registration. Contact your youth pastor to register.
If you are attending YEX by yourself or a few friends, we are excited that you're coming. Follow steps 1 - 3 above to get registered using the individual registration form. All you have to pay now is a $25 registration fee to hold your space. You can bring the rest of the payment with you on registration day.

Camper rates include everything; Daycamper rates include everything except breakfast and hotel stay; evening session rate includes all 7:00 PM evening sessions only. Individual evenings can be attended for $10 per night. Affordable concessions are available throughout the week at various locations.
